College of Applied Science, Adoor

College of Applied Science Adoor is one of the Colleges initiated by The Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD), established by the Government of Kerala. The College came into existence in 1994 and since then in the mainstream providing quality education. College of Applied Science Adoor(CASA) is affiliated to the University of Kerala, and situated in the heart of the cityAdoor. We are following the scientific approach in the art of teaching and learning, leading the students to improve their creative and critical thinking abilities. The traditional concept of training students is replaced with innovative style and practical exposure.The Campus of the College is fully WIFI enabled making education more qualitative. The College enables regular UG and PG Courses along with IHRD Short Term Courses like Diploma in Computer Application, Certificate Course in Library and Information Science,Diploma in Data Entry Techniques and Office Automation and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). Along with academics, the campus also promotes the co-curricular activities of the students through College Fests and Club Activities.

Institute of Human Resources Development (IHRD) is an autonomous educational institution established by the Government of Kerala in 1987. The management of the institute is vested with a Governing Body composed of with the Honorable Minister of Higher Education, Government of Kerala, as the Chairman and Chief Secretary to Government of Kerala as the Vice-Chairman.
